Linda Gifford
Linda Gifford has spent much of her career working directly with the public and she excels at customer service. As a contract courier with On Time Logistics since May of 2013, Linda said what she enjoys about working with OTL is customer relations and the “responsibilities and opportunities it provides me. I work with a great group of people that helps me be successful.”
As we said, Linda comes from a wide variety of customer service roles including administrative supervisory positions and she’s also owned various companies.
Linda says her work as a contract courier is unique from her previous work experience in that there’s no overhead to worry about. It’s the same, however, in that she can exercise her great customer service skills.
“Working with the public is always fun. With this job I get to meet and visit with a wide variety of people who I get to laugh with or at, like the other drivers. I give them heck every day.”
Linda is for sure a source of fun and laughter around the office and we’re pleased that she uses her fun-loving attitude to provide service for our customers.
When she’s not working, Linda enjoys spending time with her family (by the way, her husband is fellow OTL courier Dave Gifford). She also enjoys traveling, boating, reading and horses.
