Here at On Time Logistics, we work to stay nimble in how we serve our customers. This means changing with the demand of our customers’ customers and the requirements of the industry. What it also means is, we work to stay current with how we communicate about our stakeholders.

We are delighted to share about our new website!  It’s the same URL, otlusa.biz, but it has a new look and several new features that makes it easier to do business with us and a more effective way for us to share our story.

We partnered with Web-Jive in Little Rock for the design and SEO and Jamie’s Notebook in Northwest Arkansas for the writing.

For any business, it’s important for your website to reflect who you are as a company, including an updated description of your services. In recent years, we’ve moved away from certain services and added or drastically increased others. These changes are better reflected on our website.

The question you need to ask yourself about your website is, which stakeholders does it serve? We knew that we wanted to do a more effective job of communicating with our two biggest stakeholders: the clients we do delivery for, and the people receiving the deliveries, otherwise known as the consignees.

The biggest concern that our clients have is what services we can offer and how we go about working with them. Our new site tells you what software programs we use and how we go about doing each service. The biggest concern for the consignees is when will their package(s) arrive? We have always worked to communicate directly with consignees, but our new My Delivery page makes it even easier for them to check the status of their delivery.

Another major change on our new site is how we tell our story. Testimonials are great, but we wanted people to be able to see a bigger variety of reviews. So instead of a testimonials page, you can see our Google reviews in real time on our website. We also make sure that our ethos, including our Core Values, are more prominent and easier to see.

Our new site features several returning items that were given a spruced up, cleaner look. This includes links to our newsletters, our blogs, and our Our People page.
