Uriel Espino has served as one of our part-time employee drivers from our Springdale location since March 14 of this year. He makes various types of deliveries for our clients.
He said that one of his favorite parts about working at On Time Logistics is how flexible his hours are. He has no set hours and gets to do his job and go home, which is just one of the benefits of being a driver with us!
Uriel has lived in Northwest Arkansas for 16 years. Before working for OTL, he spent 15 years working as a machine attendant at American Air Filter. He got his Commercial Driver’s License this past November, and we are so glad he has started working for us! He said that he likes that he doesn’t get burned with glass fibers at this job now that he’s driving for us.
When he’s not working, he spends time with his wife and two teenage boys, ages 15 and 17. When he’s not spending time with his family, Uriel likes to be outside and be active. He said that his family used to own horses.
“I would ride the mare and she would stand on her back legs,” he said.
