We’re so pleased to feature our client Backyard Mary i this week’s blog. We asked them if it was OK to feature them and they not only gave permission, they wrote their story in their own words! Check them out!

In 2004 our story began like good ones do—with drinking! We were in search of the best Bloody Mary in Town! Our quest included supermarkets, liquor stores, restaurants, farmer’s markets, tailgates, and yes, local bars too! We came across a few mixes we liked, but they just weren’t consistent in quality when we went back for more.

Frustrated and determined, we set out to make our own consistent and delicious Bloody Mary Mix with a nice Kick! We gathered a mass of spices coupled with tomato juice and puree, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and horseradish. Six months later, we discovered the perfectly blended mix with eight different spices and a kicker that maintains a consistent taste.

First, we had to seek an opinion outside of our own, so to the neighbors we went. Each person that tried our blend gave us great feedback. Our secret blend was an overwhelming success. Thus the name “Backyard Mary” was born in our very own backyard with friends and family. Since then we have grown from a small operation in Southern California to being sold in stores, restaurants, and bars across the country.

We are an now the best All-Natural Bloody Mary Mix with no added flavors or preservatives in order to bring the highest quality possible to our customers and stay true to our homemade roots. Oh, and we’ve won 1st in the World Hot Sauce Festival two years running, and plan to three-pete in 2017.

Our newest region is right here in Northwest Arkansas and so far it’s been a blast! We are finding new fans and clients every day. We have partnered with On Time Logistics for our warehousing and delivery needs to help us ensure we keep up with our ever-growing demand and success. Thank you, OTL for all you continue to do for us!
