In this month’s team member spotlight, we want to introduce you to Adolfo Rodriguez, who joined the On Time Logistics family in March of this year. He primarily delivers Amazon pallets to post offices in various parts of Arkansas, and sometimes to golf turf-related items to area country clubs.
His regular deliveries are to Mountain Home, Mountain View, and Batesville six days a week.
Before coming to OTL, Adolfo worked at Walmart—a job he’s had since his junior year of high school. He’s lived in Centerton, Ark., his entire life except for the year he lived in Lubbock, Texas, for his Walmart job. While there, he also worked to help flip houses.
“It’s a lot different (to work in his role at OTL) because I used to work in different areas of a store every month and here, I hardly deal with people,” he said. “What I enjoy most about OTL is that everyone here at the warehouse is pretty honest and themselves, but also still responsible. Another thing I enjoy is the views I see from running this route.”We asked Adolfo to share a little about his personal story and what he does in his own time. First thing he mentioned was his faith.
“I’ve been a Christian since I was born again at 16,” he said.
He also told us he spends time with family, rests after running his route, playing chess, boxing, or playing soccer, and sometimes going to the gym.

OTL started in 2007 as a primarily courier company but over time, we’ve grown to include many more delivery and courier services with the largest demand being last mile delivery.

We have some basic requirements for all contract couriers and delivery drivers. Those requirements include:
- 21 years of age
- Valid DL
- Clean driving record
- Pass a background check
- Reliable vehicle (Contract couriers only, drivers use our trucks)
- Professional appearance (Business casual)
- Smartphone on a major carrier (ie. Verizon, AT&T, Sprint etc.)
- Appropriate delivery-use insurance ($300,000 liability minimum)
- Approved Drug Test required prior to contract or employment offer.
