Many of our employees and contract couriers come to us with a broad range of work experience and we believe that diversity often helps them in their work with us. Such is the case with Bryan Kizer, who joined On Time Logistics as a delivery driver in April 2019. He works from our Northwest Arkansas office.
Bryan has worked in the restaurant industry, telecommunications, construction, and also owned a third-party furniture service. He now works for us as a delivery driver making mostly residential deliveries for our clients Wayfair, Walmart, and Target.
“I believe owning my own business helped make me a better employee,” he said.
“I truly enjoy every aspect of my job, but I believe my favorite thing is the company itself,” Bryan continued. “The people from the top down are warm, inviting, and treat us well.”
In his spare time, Bryan likes being home with his family, hanging out with friends, and he plays softball and bowls. He is also active in several organizations, including his own online ministry.
“I am the pastor of an online ministry that began as a social media page and has become a Christian blog that’s gone around the world,” he said. “I’ve also published a book.”
A fellow veteran himself (U.S. Marines), Bryan helps an organization that helps veterans combat suicide.

We have some basic requirements for all contract couriers and delivery drivers. Those requirements include:
- 21 years of age
- Valid DL
- Clean driving record
- Pass a background check
- Reliable vehicle (Contract couriers only, drivers use our trucks)
- Professional appearance (Business casual)
- Smartphone on a major carrier (ie. Verizon, AT&T, Sprint etc.)
- Appropriate delivery-use insurance ($300,000 liability minimum)
- Approved Drug Test required prior to contract or employment offer.
