Meet: Candace Harmon

A key part of being a high-quality last mile delivery service provider is effective communication along the supply chain. In our Little Rock office, Candace Harmon is a big piece of that puzzle. She joined On Time Logistic in August of 2018 and works to schedule delivery routes, contact customers to set up delivery times, and dispatch our delivery drivers.

Her primary areas to manage are Texarkana, El Dorado, Batesville, Jonesboro, and Hot Springs.

Candace came to us with some experience doing similar work and we appreciate her expanded knowledge and expertise! She’s also worked at a mental health facility, among other jobs.

We asked her what she enjoys most about working with us and we appreciated her answer!

“I love how we all get along so well here,” she said. “If there are any issues, we talk about it and get it worked out.”

When she’s not working, Candace spends as much time as possible with her two children, fishing, swimming, and anything else she can do outdoors.

“My life and free time are always taken up by the kids. We love to spend all our free time going for walks, playing games, softball, and all kinds of things.”

OTL started in 2007 as a primarily courier company but over time, we’ve grown to include many more delivery and courier services with the largest demand being last mile delivery.

Are you interested in a part-time or full-time job? We are always hiring new drivers and independent contract couriers to help serve our customers. We are hiring in both Little Rock and Northwest Arkansas.

We have some basic requirements for all contract couriers and delivery drivers. Those requirements include:

  • 21 years of age
  • Valid DL
  • Clean driving record
  • Pass a background check
  • Reliable vehicle (Contract couriers only, drivers use our trucks)
  • Professional appearance (Business casual)
  • Smartphone on a major carrier (ie. Verizon, AT&T, Sprint etc.)
  • Appropriate delivery-use insurance ($300,000 liability minimum)
  • Approved Drug Test required prior to contract or employment offer.
