Meet: Carol Sponseller
In today’s personnel spotlight, we are featuring an employee in our Little Rock office, Carol Sponseller.
Carol joined On Time Logistics in June of this year and works as both an administrative assistant and a scheduler. That means she helps schedule the deliveries, including last mile deliveries.
“I love texting and speaking with the (customers),” she said. “I love to hear how excited they are to receive their purchase.”
Carol says she also enjoys being able to enter new orders for pickups in the system and keeping busy to make a difference for the company she works for and their customers. We appreciate her enthusiasm!
Similar to many of our other employees and contract couriers, Carol comes to us with a varied employment background. She’s worked in loss prevention, as an administrative assistant, barista, contract administrator, in the banking and finance industry, and even massage therapy. She adds that she has also lived several places including Virginia, Ohio, North Carolina, and California.
Carol says she enjoys learning more about her new home state of Arkansas through her work with On Time Logistics. “With scheduling for deliveries in a state I knew nothing about prior to working for OTL, I’m learning a lot about different regions and cities,” she said.
In her spare time and before she moved to Arkansas, Carol enjoyed running, and spending time with friends as well as her daughters and granddaughters. She also enjoys cooking, baking, and donating both her time and possessions she can no longer use. She also enjoys traveling and has been to France, England, Holland, the Bahamas, Canada, and Puerto Rico. She’s been to most of the United States as well!
She’s heavily involved with her church and enjoys expressing her faith through various ministries including choir, the bus ministry, children’s ministry, and Bible study. She also recently started a YouTube channel about her faith journey.
