Meet: Cindy Coy
Our administrative employees are just as important as the independent contractors you see face-to-face. Cindy Coy is one of our schedulers in Little Rock and she joined us in October of last year. Along with scheduling, she also deals with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Cindy’s favorite part of working at On Time Logistics is the positive atmosphere.
“I feel heard and supported with any issues, whether personal or professional,” she said. “I am made to feel like Steve and Pam are my cheerleaders.”
Cindy didn’t start out in the logistics industry. She said that most of her college career was in pharmacy, and after that, she was a stay-at-home mom.
“I basically fell into the transportation industry,” Cindy said. “Life has a funny way of changing my plans.”
She has now been in the transportation industry for eight years. She started as a receptionist at Rich Logistics and also worked in accounts payable and equipment maintenance. After six years at Rich Logistics, she worked at Cal-Ark in the warehousing division.
When she’s not at work, Cindy is spending time with her two teenage sons. While Cindy grew up and graduated from Bryant High School, her sons attend and play football at Bryant’s arch-rival, Benton. She said that they keep her very busy!
