At On Time Logistics, we appreciate the ability to be a part of our clients’ success stories and to share our culture through our employee and courier highlights. Today, we want to share a bit more about us as a business.

Our story starts with our owner and founder, Steve Jones. Steve worked in the insurance industry for 25 years and decided he wanted to delve into something new. An entrepreneur at heart, Steve used his background and knowledge in vehicle insurance to look into the idea of a logistics service.

He started On Time Logistics in 2007 and it now has its main office in Springdale with partnering locations in Little Rock and Tulsa.

Even though On Time Logistics began as a courier company and continues to seek excellence in this area of the marketplace, the business has expanded to expedited delivery, fulfillment and warehousing of consumer goods, medical and pharmaceutical delivery, and last mile delivery of a myriad of items.

In the last year or so, we’ve made a lot of changes. We hired Tim Ray as our new director of operations. We added the position of director of sales and marketing, which we were happy to hire Tim Ward to fill. We also moved to a new location, which greatly expanded our warehousing and delivery capabilities.

We believe this success has been possible because we’ve kept to our founding vision and mission. Our customers recognize this commitment!

Our mission is simple:  Help our customers fulfill their shipment and delivery needs.

So how do we do that? How do we help our customers? That’s where our vision statement comes in to play. The On Time Logistics vision is this:

“On Time Logistics is the trusted provider of warehousing, fulfillment and delivery services for businesses in the Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Kansas region.”

We all know that trust must be earned through hard work and consistent excellence. That’s why one of our founding principles is to “under promise and over deliver.” No matter how large our company gets, that will always be our motto.

Just like people, a business must have established values that both drive and live out its mission. Our core values as a company essentially boil down to excellence in all we do. We want to live out the values listed below in all facets of our business.
