Penny is an important piece of the logistics puzzle at On Time Logistics. She joined the OTL family in August 2015 and is the administrative assistant who submits paperwork that was completed from deliveries and she helps with financial matters including bill payments, deposits, and reviewing invoice charges.
“I am able to work on my own a lot which allows me to have my own regular routine,” she says of what she enjoys about her job. “The part-time structure allows me to do other things.”
Penny grew up in Northwest Arkansas and currently lives in West Fork. She is also an assistant at Keller Williams Real Estate where she works with a number of different realtors. She learned about the job at OTL through Pam Jones, who is OTL owner Steve Jones’ wife.
“I am always doing something different and never know what to expect from one day to the next,” she says. “There is also a lot of moving around and I get to work in a lot of different locations.”
Penny has been married to husband Mike Borgerding, who is one of our truck drivers, for 15 years. They have four boys. She enjoys spending time with family and crafting.
