Walt Tylicki has been a familiar smiling face around On Time Logistics for at least six years. A retired air traffic controller, Walt wanted to stay busy after retiring in 1996. He worked at JB Hunt and Walmart for a while before coming to On Time Logistics as one of our couriers.
When he retired, he wondered what to do next and knew he wanted to be involved in customer service.
Walt says he loves the opportunity to get out and see new areas and meet new people when he makes deliveries. He’s certified to handle medical equipment and is also TSA certified. He delivers everything from medical equipment to large volumes of magazines!
“I love meeting with the customers,” he said. “It’s fun. I love being able to communicate with people.”
Walt has been married for 46 years, has two children and three grandchildren. When he’s not at work performing top-notch customer service, Walt can be found at church activities or even Silver Dollar City in Branson.
