People who visit any of the Northwest Health System facilities in Northwest Arkansas may need some of their files, labs or other information transported to another facility. They don’t have to worry because couriers like Vic Woodruff from On Time Logistics are on the job.

Vic has been with On Time Logistics for seven years and is a regular on the hospital route. As a contract courier, he loves being able to interact with a wide range of people. Before becoming a courier, Vic worked as a human resources director in the poultry industry—a career that he says taught him how to work with a variety of different types of people.

Vic said that as far as hobbies go, he loves working with his hands and has been involved with woodworking a majority of his adult life including carving and furniture building.

Want to know another interesting fact about Vic? He was born May 8, 1945, which was President Truman’s birthdate, and also VE (Victory in Europe) Day, which marked the end of World War II. In honor of those two events, his parents named him Truman Victor Woodruff and he goes by Vic today.

Vic has been married to his wife, Cathy, for 47 years and they have two daughters and four grandchildren.
