When someone comes to your front door or in to your place of business, you want to be able to know that they are reliable, safe and trustworthy, right? We at On Time Logistics understand that need so we thought we’d share a little bit about what you can expect from our couriers.

What you can expect from your courier
Our couriers work together as a team when large items (like a King-size bed!) need to be loaded.
Our couriers travel thousands of miles a year and knock on hundreds of doors. It’s their job to make sure that your packages, documents and medical equipment get picked up, transported and delivered at their final destination on time and in excellent condition. That’s what a professional courier services company does.
First, we can assure you that all of our contract couriers will arrive wearing clean, well-kept business-casual clothes including a shirt bearing the On Time Logistics logo. All of our drivers must be 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.
At On Time Logistics, our couriers are more than just “old enough” and have the required legal qualifications for a delivery driver. We look for certain qualities in our drivers that most logistics companies might not find important.
- Entrepreneurial spirit-Did you notice that we refer to them as contract couriers? That’s because technically, they are not employees of On Time Logistics. Each courier is an independent, self-employed entrepreneur with a drive to succeed. It isn’t “just another job” for them; this is their business. We contract with these business owners to provide the highest quality service for our clients.
- Team player-Another important quality in a courier is their ability to work well on a team. Not only the ability, but the desire. While each courier is self-employed, the couriers work together to make sure they meet the needs of our logistics clients.
- Positive attitude-A third quality we look for in a contract courier is a positive attitude. Delivering your documents or products on time isn’t enough. We want it done with a cheerful, professional spirit.
