This month’s employee spotlight is Jason Cross. Jason started out with us seven years ago as a seasonal route driver. He now is a full-time courier and drives the FedEx route to post offices.
Jason said that his favorite part about working with OTL is getting to know and build relationships with postal workers he meets on his stops.
In his free time, you’ll probably find Jason outdoors. He loves to explore trails, hike, kayak, and fish.
“I love being around outdoor-related activities and water,” he said.
Jason attended college at North Carolina State University and played as the kicker for the football team. He has two older brothers and his mother is still living.
“It taught me many valuable lessons that I still use today in all walks of life,” he said. “Might even turn it into a book one day.”
He previously lived in Connecticut, Florida, Tennessee, and South Carolina, and has experience in customer service, vendor and merchant retail, and real estate and property management. He has also served as a caregiver for an ALS patient.
